3rd January
i went to felicia's house with Kelly to make pasta for the BBQ at night! :)
Sam & Ellisa was already there before us. We were trying to cook the spagetti, make Carbonara sauce, the tomato based sauce.
we had lots of fun la. 6 people squeezing into a small kitchen!
then Timothy's grandparents came to bring stuffs over. Kelly , Fel and I took Felicia's dad's car to the chalet!
3 plus then we reached. and it was the first time i've been to Downtown East! and to the "ends of Singapore"! so cool.
now during christmas season there was this kiddy rides like a small train and a merry-go-round. then there was this FAKE Santa claus climbing up this long rope that led to the ceiling and Felicia asked me if the Santa was real... -,-" that "man" climbs up and down the rope like a thousand times a day and Felicia can ask me if he was real.
ok, moving on. we passed Wild wild wet and then to the chalet!
Block B Room 1226 and 1227! :)
it was a combine room!

then we had BBQ at night! Setting up the pit was the coolest and funniest!
it took us so so so long to set up a second pit! the first pit was burning fine after awhile.
the first pit cooked cancer food la! everything was burnt and black!!!
so funny. once i told rachel tan that her chicken wing was on fire and she can still talk to ellisa..
omg. the whole chicken wing was on fire! :

around 920pm, fel, jes, kel, jo and i went to watch Avatar!

we missed 3 minutes cause we were late.
but the movie was still good!
4.5 Stars!

very action packed movie!
first day turned out GREAT!

4th January
we suppose to wake up early to watch the sunrise. but we were too tired to move.
so we slept till 9 plus.
went to Macs for breakfast and then to the bowling alley!
very very expensive. $8.70 for 2 games inclusive of rental of shoes and buying of socks!
but we have no choice la.
Fel, Ellisa, Jo, Kelly and I took one lane. the other boys were super late so they took the lane beside us. hehe.
everyone was like watching Lucas play very carefully! cause he was suppose to be a pro!
but his shot was a gutter. and the second shot was a "4". not very impressive...
maybe he was warming up.
then at mine lane, jo was the best. followed by fel. then me.
but my ball was the fasteest!! :) 16++mph was the highest record! :)
kelly was the slowest of 6+mph! its okay.
first game i was 4th! cause i lost kelly by a few points.
second game i was 3rd! lost to felicia by 3 points!
both games joanna won!
both her arms also super strong. :O
but jo left around 2pm cause she needed to go for rowing, so she couldnt join us for Wild Wild Wet! ):

after bowling we went to Wild Wild Wet!!!
we had free tickets and stuffs, so in the end one ticket only cost $3.70/-!
so cool! 16 people went altogether!
:) the Ulah-lar was ultra cool.

it is this ride whereby 4-6 ppl sit in this large float/raft and then pushed down a 3-4storey high slide!
super cool! it was so so so fast that sometimes u feel like u are flying! then at the turning edges the whole float was like about of fling itself out of the slide! so scary.
but fun.
we took a total of 4-5 times!
then once we had this competition. the rules were simple. to be expression-less when we sat that ulah-lar ride. the one with the most expression treats the rest ice-cream!
so i WON! :) i just looked down and be super super stone.
kelly lost cause she saw my expressionless face and laughed.
haha! but we didnt make her treat us icecream la!
so fun!

thena round 4plus we got out of Wild wild wet, clean up and went to KFC to have early dinner!
yihern joined us and we talked alot of crap!
then we talked about the Cube Test thing. Sarah told me once and i sort of remembered it! :)

THE CUBE ANSWERS

CUBE
The Cube represents yourself. The size of the cube represents your ego. Small cube represents a small ego. Medium cube represents an average ego. And large cube means you think your "The Sh!t"
If the cube is on the floor, that means your grounded and down to earth. If it's floating..that means your life is unstable and unpredictable. Lastly...if your cube is colored, that means you put on a front. But if it's clear..that means what you see is what you get from you.

FLOWERS
Flowers represent family and friends. If your flowers are close to your cube, that means you keep them close to you. If there is alot..that means you have alot of friends. :) so we had a goodtime talking about each other and learning more! :)
after dinner we sort of didnt know what to do.
some wanted Kbox (singing), some wanted to cycle at night, some wanted to slack in the chalet, some wanted to go to the beach, some wanted to play hide and seek.
so after a long long long discussion. we decided to go to the chalet and play Blind Mice! :) it was super super super super fun! :D

we all ran and disturbed the blind mice. i kenna thrice!
Felicia and Ellisa were like the last few to kena la!
so we all sabo-ed felicia by telling the Blind Mice where she was.
haha! :)

talk, watch TV and then at 11:50pm,
kelly jes fel and i went to watch The Treasure Hunter.


it was so boring and meaningless! i didnt get the whole story.
:P oh well! neither did the rest so we concluded!

2010 started off really badly.
not even 1 minute into waking up to 2010 and i got injured.
i woke up, even before opening my eyes, i rotated my neck to do some stretches and guess what, i strained it.
now i can't turn my head. not left/right, but i can bend my head to the left, like to lean my head on someone's shoulder? i can't lean

crap.

It has been such a buzy but fantastic year!
finally O Levels are over.
and it's gonna be a new start in 2010.
it's either a poly/ junior college.

but still i want to thank God for everything that He has done in 2009.
He has taught me to trust Him and He will carry me through difficult times.

I want to thank all my friends as well.
through this 4 years in secondary school.
it's been a really unforgetable period in my life.
now i know why people say secondary school days are the best days of their life.
because u make friendsand understand true and beautiful friendship!

so on this last day of 2009, i want to commit 2010 into the Lord's Hands.
i pray for every single person living on this planet Earth!

i pray that God will
give shelter to the homeless,

This christmas I found out a really really scary truth.

Hurray! It's my last day at work and I'm really really really happy. I don't have to wake up super early or to endure the crap of taka staffs. Phew. They suck!
Anyway today's really easy. Actually yesterday too. I worked downstairs B2 at the square for the Christmas Fair instead of the usual L3. Kelly started work ytd and so today I was there to accompany her for one day. Haha. We slacked. The whole day was so boring except that there was a TV that played Bakugan tv shows so I spent my time watching TV! Haha. I also got all my christmas presents wrapped for friends. I didn't get them from Taka! Maybe just a few. Haha. But anyway. I didn't say a proper farewell. Don't have to anyway. I won't miss them. Maybe just the promoters at L3. Bye Alan, Mandy, Claudia and Dao Han! See you guys sometime in taka! Oh! I won't see Dao Han, it's his last day tmr. I mean later today. Haha. So sad.

YSG3 retreat is near, this saturday!
BUT CHRISTMAS IS THIS FRIDAY! Whoo! I didn't play any christmas songs on the piano so far. Maybe i'll do it later. Haha. I'm going to sleep!

It's sunday. But I didn't go to church today.
And I didn't work. Cause YM's having camp and I didn't go. And I went to Suntec with Alden cause he wanted to go for the Asiasoft Christmas Party. But I had sore itchy left eye when I woke up at 8. I kept rubbing till it was really bad then I decided to use the eyedrop. So I slept for another 1.5hr before I woke up again and felt better. So I reached the Jap restaurant at Suntec extremely late around 12 going to 1 when we're suppose to meet at 11. Yiyi and jiong was also there and they treat me lunch. Hehe. I had sesame icecream too! Okay. So alden and I went to the christmas thing and won myself a orange mushroom plushie keychain while playing the UFO catcher. The one you play at the arcade where there's like this claw like thing and you're suppose to catch the toy and drop it into the hole. I got it on my 2nd try. Skills.

Then shopped around for prom stuff. I got this really really blackish maroon colored longsleeves from...Homini Emerito by MANGO. I think it's the guys MANGO. Whatever. Then I really liked this blazer from Zara. But my parents made alot of noise when I said I wanted to buy it. Only Marina Square's Zara has my size! And it's the last piece. So sad. I want! ):

Went to orchard to meet up with sarah and her new bf mark. Then wondered around till it's time to go to soupspoon to meet the rest of the gang. Sarah didn't join us for dinner, the rest were late cept dom. Ben came soon after. And Ben was really hungry, so he was about to kill carolyn cause we waited for her to have dinner. Haha.
So discussed our retreat and stuff. Really fun. Can't wait for it!

I've been really really really buzy. Accomplish most of the Must-Do List for the holidays after O Levels. So I'm really quite glad.
Working

I'm actually working currently at a taka toy's department. Along with Jes and her brothers and her cousin. I started work on the 4th of Dec. Really good experience. I sell bakugans, battle strikers which is actually something similar to the Beyblades we used to play, and this really expensive toy called the sylvanian families. Which is like this animal doll thing. So anyway, work's really boring cause everyday starting at 10am I got to pack the bakugans that the kids messed up. And there's one more toy that I sell. The dinosaur figurines. They're the worst. Kids unpack them from the nicely hung shelves and play them on the floor. Then just leave it for for me to pack. Gosh.
I hate kids.
Then when I ask them to put back their parents will say that the kid only took ONE dinosaur and I can pack the rest myself when the WHOLE FLOOR IS FILLED WITH DINOSAUR AND THE STUPID KID IS THE ONLY ONE THERE.

Then the staff working there is also another stupid kind. They love to complain and gossip and think that they're very big. Especially the older staff. Not all but most. There's this woman called jennifer or something, I can't be bothered. She's just like this act big ass that does nothing. I can't stand her attitude la. She lift up her head to walk around and not say she's the supervisor or manager. She's just a STAFF.
Then on the sunday, which is 13th, I served this customer la. Actually they're a couple but the lady spoke more often and so I felt that I was serving her more. Anyway, I helped them find a christmas present for their very troublesome and does not like anything son who is 5yrs old. So they were really pleased me and actually wrote a compliment letter abt me at the customer service. Then the next day the WHOLE department like knew abt it. Many staff asked if I was Nicholas Low and they asked why the customer wrote the letter la. So I had to explain over and over again. But there was this woman called Lina that totally suck man. I was on my way to the toilet and she was walking in front of me. Then she turned and said, 你是不是Nicholas Low?

Then I said yes
Then she asked, customer 是不是瞎的?为什么写compliment letter给你?你的service有这么好meh?我不相信.不可能!
Wtf la. She mean part time promotes cannot be better than those slacking blackface taka staff meh!? Goodness-

whooh! its been weeks since i;ve posted.
and im using the com now, since my stupid hp wont let me type in the box if it's under the "compose" section. it must be under the "edit html" then i can type using my hp..
urgh.

i will be heading down to Science Centre later, with kelly and jes.
they've requested that i join them for their little outing to Science Centre to see the human anatomy thing.
the real human muscles and stuff.
a lil freaky but i think it'll be great fun. Especially to a bio student! :)

marks the last day of O Levels for 2009's Secondary 4 batch! :)

it passes so fast.
3 weeks ago, it was like 3 more days to O Levels.
and now i can happily say that it is over!

overall, O Levels wasn't difficult.
the main difficulty was the doubt and unsecurity in yourself.
i want to thank all my teachers and tutors for helping me out!

went out today with jo,sop,mel and fel.
we caught 2012 which was a boomzz show!
it was about the end of the world and how this family managed to get into the safety ship that the US built to save important people only.
it was breathtaking, heartracing and a very touching show!
the computer graphics were WOAH!
it is a must see movie!

I went out shopping with my buddy, shimin.
It was like centuries ago since we both went shopping tgt. June holidays I think. So we went out today. Since i'm blogging at 12:31am now, I should say yesterday, but oh well. I had fun today.

Met shimin at pageone, vivo. I was browsing thru designs books and shimin decided to find me inside pageone. I knew immediately that it was impossible. After 5mins, she told me she can't find me. Haha! Hide and seek.
She went to the art section then children's to find me. Why would I be looking at children books? Uhmmm...
We went to action city to hand in our employment application form only to realise that the lady that gave me the form to me the other day gave me the wrong form. So we got the new form and settled at Macs, harbourfront to eat and fill in the form.
We went crazy over the monopoly game that macs was using to attract more customers. It was like the monopoly board game just that we have to buy the upsized meals to get the properties. Once we collected the wrong color area, we win some prizes. Eg, iTouch, 50k cash etc. But of course we didnt win anything. We had like 1 missing piece of every color.
So well, we had our lunch, gave up on the game and handed in our forms at Action City.

Next was our favourite hangout, Bugis
! We shopped there for don't know how many hours. Walked around looking for shoes. And cheap bargains.
Shimin found a shoe that she liked but hesitated if she should buy. At the end, she regretted not buying. So she'll buy it the next time to get there.
We went to iluma as well, the well, new shopping centre since it opened this year and I haven't been inside. It was big. david archuleta had his fans meeting there at the beginning of the year.

We also walked the whole area there. Then decided to go to Queensway Shopping Centre to find for canvas shoes which I can draw on. After walking for hours. I bought one(:
We went to anchorpoint to shop and then ikea.
Said goodbye around 9 and got home before 915.

That's my wonderful saturday

right, so i went for paper this afternoon.
it was a 2pm paper. and the first question shocked me.
WHY THE CRAP WAS THERE A STATISTIC QUESTION IN NATURAL GEOG?
gosh. plus it was 6marks!
i crapped as much as i could.
the paper was manangeable.
i had 15min to check and breathe.
i wrote alot alot for the LORMS and 7m questions.
yeah. cummulative causation, i totally used common sense and crap abt Singapore.

phew. at least i have one full day to chong biology paper 2 tmr:)

What can I say?

I walked into the exam hall half hearted.

Left the exam hall totally hopeless.

Okay, the paper wasn't that difficult. But I couldn't do it! Omg. 14marks was down the idk where. Even without marking it I knew that my A was no where to be found. Rachel was as sad as me too. Only Joanna seemed confident. And that didn't feel good. I'm not saying that Jo's not smart. But I always thought I could do whatever she could. And vice versa. But I couldn't.
Haish. I was really really sad la.
We then went for dinner at pizza hut and then was late for Amaths remedial. That dinner was the best man! It was the first time jo, fel, mel, rach jacq and I had dinner together. Though the table was super long we had fun. First I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat. Then everyone was broked. So I ordered the dinner special which included a 5 course dinner. Garlic Bread(burnt), chicken soup(with heavy ginger taste), turkey bacon carbonara pasta, icecream, uhmm...what was the last dish? I couldn't remember. Does seven-up consider? Oh well, rachel was disturbed by how I munch my garlic bread. She said,'you do not poke the bread with your fork and bite it.' I thought no hands allowed so I took the fork.
Haha!
Then when we left, we saw this sad looking upper sec RV boy sitting on the staircase crying, carrying a bouquet of flowers. Rachel got so emotionally attached to the sad boy that she went to 'cheer' him up. She went there, asked if he was alright and stare at me. Then I stared back and being a kind soul I asked the boy if he was fine. He said yes but he was tearing. His whole face was red..
Oh well, his gf turns out to be the bitch type. She held the flowers with one hand and spoke to the boy like she wanted to kill him instead of breaking up.

Then we saw this man kneeling in front of a stone chair like he was going to sleep. Then he behaved like he was mentally unstable..but he fainted on the spot. A man tried to hold him upright but couldn't. Our faithful bus came and we boarded somehow or another the fainted man stone up and walked away.

i'm being mean again.
but the paper was really really good.
it feels good to be prepared for the exam and when you can handle it,
yeah.
i must really thank God for this strength and blessing.
i spot horrible mistakes today and lucky i changed it in time.
the circumference of a semicircle i put 2(pi)r good thing i changed it to (pi)r in time. then area i put (pi)r^2 then i changed to 1/2(pi)r^2
if not 6 marks fly away.

then i could easily spot the "tricks" in this paper today.
actually there was ALOT of tricks.
like the said "express your answer in millimetres" when all along it was in cm.
then the cyclic quad was well hidden.
ALOT LA! :)
but i could spot them! :)

in fact it was easy but i made stupid mistakes.
uhmmm..
i read the interquartile range wrongly.
i compare mass wrongly.
i think i rounded off wrongly.
it's gonna kill me.

the accumulative graph for math is gonna be like...O.O
cause everyone thought it was fine.
so... A1 is gonna be like 95/100 this time.
i really pray for God's blessing!
i need my A1.
i hop tomorrows E Math would be slightly difficult and then i can manage!
that would help to increase the chance of getting an A!

Gosh. Horror! HORROR! I never expected such difficult questions for Os!
The kind and loving Mdm Lim has pangseh us and leave us to die. She went somewhere, but not holiday. Said her. Anyway, I went to school at 1 to get the paper. Waited till 1++ or already 2 then miss yeow arrived with the question paper. Then attendance taking to acknowledge that we took the question paper...

Then the scary movie began.

I'm not sure if it's legal to post the questions here. I guess not. So I wont. But it sucks. But I chose to do the question on water. Something like flowing water...?
Haish. I'm thinking hard.

Yes. 14 days before my first O Level paper. Which is english.

14 more days to the exam that i've studied 10 years of my life studying for.

14 days left before it all begans!

And 31 days before i'm free to play 24/7. I'm going high on that day. Scream and shout. But before we go that far, it's the start of study leave. phft.

I woke up at 715 to go to school at 8am for consultation with Mrs Choe. Only to realise that Joanna Chan Lai Cheng was still asleep until I rang her handphone. By then I was at the bus stop opposite school.
Being kind and cool, I went to school to look for my handbook. I lost it on the last day of school! But I found it under Jacq's table.

So I did Amaths while waiting for Chan. And then called mrs Choe's extension number for the largest times possible but I didnt manage to get her.

Chan arrived at 843am. She was 43 minutes late. And then she went to ring mrs Choe. She was sure that she sent out an email to inform her that we were coming. But then mrs Choe was no where to be found. Oh no! Was she alien-ized?

No she wasn't. She was buzy with the lower sec exams. Oh well, joanna sent the email to the wrong address! But we found mrs Choe at 10am.

Melody arrived around 9 and so the three of us went to Dover market to get breakfast as I was dying from starvation. Who said only people in less developed countries suffers from starvation?
We got chee kueh. Hurray! Then I realised that the vege thing on the chee kueh looks like pi sai. Which is hardened snort. Haha. Joanna glared at me. Haha!!

Anyway we got back to school at 1030 for consultation with Mrs Choe at the library. We went through many many stuffs and then it was lunch time already.

We went to class and studyy then jacq and claudia arrived. Sam and the rest were headed to Dover to get lunch so jacq and I asked sam to get up hokkien mee.

Jacq and I ate in the aircon class and we stinked up the class. Lol.

Went to ikea with jo and mel then I went for math tuition.

The first day of study leave gone.

{btw, I just realised that my phone can access wifi so i'm blogging with my phone now!}

9th October 2009. this is it. my last day in Fairfield Methodist Secondary School.
This week holds my last morning devotion, my last chapel, my last a maths lesson, my last art lesson, my last recess with my friends, my last free period, the last time i would hear the school bell ring that marks the end of class.

i had a good day today! the photograph madness started in the morning even before morning assembly! it was madness, everyone wants to talk with everyone else! :) i was so so fun! today is an ironic day. it was so sad, yet so enjoyable!

i took like 60++ photos or even more!
and i received many farewell letters and gifts from my best friends.

i really wanna take this chance to thank all my best buddies,

oh. its so sad!
life in FMSS is gonna be over soon and we'll all miss each other!
next friday, 9th Oct is offically the last day of school then the sec 4s will go for our study leave!
so sad!


anyway, i'll only write the sad post next friday!
ohhh! studying like mad now.
dont even have time to play maplestory already.

but after the 3 weeks of O lvl exams, I"LL BE FREE! :)
NO NEED TO STUDY FOR THE REST OF THE HOLIDAYS! :)
i've a long list of what i wanna do.
will post it up sometime again.

anyway, mdm lim being so kind and loving has cooked lunch for all the Art Students yesterday
HAH! :) the Tuna Mix Sandwhich was ultimate nice! :) then we helped mdm lim heat up the pasta and prepare the sandwhich. it was so fun. and then we watch Felicia Lim do the WONDERGIRLS - NOBODY DANCE! :D super super funny! i have the video but Felicia dont let me upload! ): anyway, maybe i'll upload to FB and put as private video. haha! :)
then cherilyn and samantha played chubby bunny!
SUPER FUNNY ALSO. samantha eat the mushmellow until she wanna die! HAHA! :)

i'm loving 4A 2009's class page on 2009's SCHOOL MAGAZINE!
yesterday, which is a public holiday, i think cause of the malay new year.
yeh. so jo, fel and i met up at clemti CityVibe the LJS.
then we needed to go print photographs, for the class page, and so we went to a Photo Printing Shop. THEN THEY DONT LET US PRINT 2R PHOTO SIZE OF JUST 1 PHOTO!
as in they say MUST BE 2 photos ( the SAME image) 2R size, for $2.
so then we will have everyone's face repeated... LOL! for what la. plus so ex.\
so if we printed, then it will be like $82 BUCKS purely on photoss. joanna only has 80+ bucks of classfund LEFT! ): so we cant. spend it ALL..
so we left. and wondered around... cause we were lost. dont know what to do
so jo & i said go vivo. cause there maybe cheaper.
then we walked in to cityvibe and we saw FujiFilm shop.
they allow us to print 8 photos in a 4R size, but charge $8 PER PIECE!
that means $52 bucks! and the class is still gonna kill us.
so we left AGAIN!
thenw e started to ask who has photo printer at home,
joanna has and her parents allowed us to use it! so we're gonna pay jo $25 bucks for the ink and glossy paper! :)
so we took 154 to jo's hse!
walked down a small small drain alley and finally reach her house.
fel i and jo were talking crapping and laughing super loudly throughtout our journey to jo's hse!
AHAH! :) so fun!

lalala! we did alot of things. like exploring joanna's hse. which is like OMG! i dont know what to say man! EVERYTHING ALSO HAVE!
and its messy i must admit! soory jo!
HAHA! :)
but we had fun printing photos and felicia totally suck at cutting circles.
TSK! we used EMATHS FORMULA to help us find the radius of the circle.
and its proven that radius 2.25cm circles fill up the page PERFECTLY! :)
HAHA!
we went down to the PLAYGROUND to continue our work cause jo's parent might be home any min and they dont like jo to bring a guy into the hse. so yeah.

Then it started raining halfway and we run to the void deck to do!
then it was 630 so got no lights and it was super dark.
so jo used my hp's touch light as a light source.
super funny! then the wind was ultra strong. so we were like super frustrated and messed up cause everything flew everywhere!

HURRY UP!
